You have nothing to lose - all other options are
still available, if you should find that Mediation
has not resolved the dispute.

Participation in Mediation is entirely voluntary.

Either party may withdraw from the process at
any time and for any reason.

The law does not cover many of the disputes
that cause problems between neighbours.

Mediation is a quicker process than going
through the courts.

(unlike the legal process which often leaves bad
feelings)
